We executed a turnkey fire safety project for a QSR outlet, delivering complete SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning) of advanced safety systems. The scope included fire alarm system (FAS), automatic fire sprinklers, tube suppression system, kitchen fire suppression system, public address system, portable fire extinguishers, safety signages, and certified fire-rated doors. Unlike large industrial facilities, QSR projects are fast-paced, time-bound, and space-constrained, requiring precise coordination and flawless execution. Our expertise ensured fire compliance, aesthetic integration with interiors, and readiness for store opening deadlines.
Client Requirements
The client required us to work on a tight schedule, coordinating closely with multiple vendors and mall/shop management teams. Since the store opening date was fixed, execution had to be seamless and often carried out during night hours to avoid disrupting mall operations. The requirements included strict adherence to safety PPE, preparation of as-built drawings, integration of fire systems with other services, and completion of all statutory fire compliances within the given timeline.
