Safety Saarthi Private Limited (“Safety Saarthi”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at safetysaarthi.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact or enquiry form, we collect the name, email address and phone number you provide, together with your company name, city, the nature of your enquiry and the message you write. Company and city are optional; the rest are needed for us to respond.

We also record which page of the site your enquiry came from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.

Information collected automatically. Our web server keeps standard access logs containing IP addresses, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. These are used to operate and secure the site, and are retained for up to 30 days.

What we do not collect. This website uses no analytics, advertising or session-recording services. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or similar tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors or track you across other websites.

Cookies and embedded content

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Our website footer embeds a Google Map showing our office location. The map loads only when you scroll to it or choose to load it, and Google may set cookies at that point. That embed is governed by Google’s privacy policy, not this one.

Links to our Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts are ordinary links. Nothing loads from those services unless you click through.

Why we use your information

We use the information you submit in order to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide the quotation, information or site visit you asked for;
• carry out any work you subsequently engage us for, and communicate with you about it;
• keep a record of enquiries received, so we can follow up properly and understand which of our services people ask about;
• meet our legal, tax and statutory obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is handled internally by our sales and management team.

We use the following third parties to operate the website and handle enquiries:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)— our website, database and media files are hosted on AWS infrastructure in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region.
• Zoho Mail— used to deliver enquiry notifications to our team and to correspond with you.
• Our internal management system, hosted on our own infrastructure, which holds enquiry and project records so our team can act on them.

We do not share your personal information with any other organisation for its own purposes.

We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a government or regulatory authority.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for three years from the date of last contact.

Where an enquiry becomes a project, the associated records are retained for as long as required for contractual, warranty, statutory and tax purposes.

Server access logs are retained for up to 30 days.

How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored in a database that is not reachable from the public internet, on a server with restricted access. Access to enquiry records is limited to employees who need it in order to respond to you.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
• stop sending you communications you did not ask for.
